This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Ensure the consistent application of PMO methodologies, templates, and governance standards throughout the project portfolio.
β’ Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives from the initial scoping phase to execution and delivery.
β’ Oversee daily intake and prioritization of Operational Enablement project requests.
β’ Collaborate with team leaders and subject matter experts to identify process inefficiencies, workflow challenges, and opportunities for operational improvement.
β’ Create project plans featuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and well-defined deliverables.
β’ Coordinate interdepartmental workstreams to secure alignment, accountability, and successful implementation.
β’ Conduct project meetings and provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Develop and maintain documentation related to workflows, procedures, and operational processes.
β’ Lead change management strategies for the adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
β’ Identify opportunities for automation, enhanced system usage, and workflow redesign.
β’ Maintain oversight of project documentation and tracking systems.
β’ Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Specialist and functional leaders to align initiatives with the PMO roadmap.
β’ Assist in internal reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics to assess process improvements and monitor portfolio health.
β’ Provide continuous mentorship, daily guidance, and constructive feedback to PMO colleagues.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or operational leadership roles.
β’ A proven history of mentoring or managing junior team members.
β’ Prior experience in or supporting PMO governance, methodologies, and reporting structures is preferred.
β’ Professional certification in project management or process improvement (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma) is highly preferred.
β’ Ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent projects while prioritizing competing demands and resource allocations.
β’ Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage complex, multifaceted projects simultaneously.
β’ Experience in coordinating work across cross-functional teams and departments.
β’ Experience presenting project and portfolio updates to senior leadership.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to facilitate meetings and guide teams toward decisive actions and clear next steps.
β’ Proficient in documenting processes and translating intricate workflows into clear operational procedures.
β’ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to driving projects from inception to successful completion.
β’ Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
β’ Experience with operational systems, data reporting tools, and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
β’ Capability to remain seated or standing at a workstation for extended periods.
β’ Proficient in utilizing macOS or Windows OS across various organizational software platforms.
β’ Availability for regular phone and video meetings with internal and external partners.
