Project Manager – Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated workstreams during the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP.

• Create and uphold integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and interdependencies.

• Manage project-related risks, issues, decisions, actions, and change requests.

• Facilitate collaboration among business, technology, finance, procurement, and vendor teams.

• Propel project execution and ensure accountability among various stakeholders.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Guarantee the successful completion of project deliverables within specified timelines.

• Generate and maintain project documentation, governance artifacts, and materials for executive reporting.

• Prepare status reports, presentations for steering committees, and updates for leadership.

• Monitor project progress and delivery performance utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Ensure precise project data is available for executive decision-making and reporting purposes.

• Comply with enterprise project management and governance standards.

• Cultivate relationships with business leaders, technology leaders, vendors, and implementation partners.

• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and recommendations effectively.

• Promote cross-functional collaboration and address delivery challenges.

• Deliver presentations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Program Leadership, and delivery teams.

• Implement Agile and traditional project management methodologies in a hybrid delivery framework.

• Work alongside Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams.

• Support sprint execution while maintaining overall project accountability.

• Leverage Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.

• Background in financial services, banking, or credit unions.

• Experience in supporting finance, accounting, procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay, or general ledger processes.

• Extensive experience in leading complex enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives.

• Practical experience in project planning and governance.

• Demonstrated success in managing delivery through Azure DevOps.

• A blend of traditional project management experience and Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with Scrum teams without solely functioning as a Scrum Master.

• Strong executive communication, collaboration skills, and adaptability.

• Experience working with system integrators, enterprise software vendors, or external implementation partners.

• Familiarity with Clarity or Clarity PPM is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Ability to navigate a complex enterprise environment and collaborate effectively with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
