Project Manager – Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new RayaSERVICE clients from hospitals and medical care centers (MVZ), from the initial kick-off to the commencement of care.

• Provide assistance to referring physicians and clients during the hypercare phase.

• Facilitate the transition to the current customer management team.

• Assist with VPN connections, interface setups, and comprehensive testing alongside the IT team.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from IT, Medical Operations, and Product departments.

• Engage with external interfaces and service providers, including RIS vendors and regulatory authorities.

• Track and analyze relevant KPIs.

• Play a role in the planning, coordination, and execution of team OKRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A few years of experience in project management, customer onboarding, Customer Success, or a role focused on customer and project management.

• Familiarity with a hospital or medical care center (MVZ) setting is preferred.

• Completed vocational training or a degree, ideally in business administration, project management, medicine, IT, hospitality, or a related field.

• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and managing projects.

• Strong grasp of structured project workflows.

• Excellent service orientation and a professional demeanor in customer interactions.

• Capable of synthesizing diverse requirements in a clear and understandable manner.

• Experience in stakeholder and interface management.

• Exceptional self-organization, initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.

• Proficiency in Jira or similar project management software.

• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
