This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Oversee all facets of medical communications initiatives from their initial stages to final execution, which includes content creation, advisory board meetings, and speaker training sessions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and collaborate with various departments within the company.
• Fulfill client and management expectations while fostering strong relationships with faculty members.
• Ensure that programs stay on track and adhere to predetermined guidelines.
• Develop, maintain, track, and balance project budgets effectively.
• Supervise external vendors and resources involved in projects.
• Keep programs on schedule and aligned with primary goals.
• Provide regular updates to internal team members and client representatives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and faculty.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of client organizations, their products, related disease states, and the field of medical education.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at business development.
• Organize and facilitate start-up, interim, and final project meetings.
• Maintain project timelines and oversee faculty recruitment, audience engagement, content development, logistics, registration, material production, supplier performance, and central file management.
• Assist in onboarding new account team members.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of three to five years of pertinent project management experience in a healthcare communications setting is required.
• Capability to understand and retain scientific information effectively.
• Strong technical proficiency is essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams successfully.
• Strong financial management capabilities.
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Ability and willingness to inspire and motivate others.
