This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on a global scale, engaging with all levels and functions.
• Oversee online marketing campaigns from their initial concept through to completion, working alongside global teams and client stakeholders.
• Manage client deadlines and expectations in coordination with internal teams to achieve tight turnarounds and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Make informed decisions and recommendations grounded in best practices within the localization industry.
• Confirm billing amounts and totals with clients on a project-by-project basis.
• Process purchase orders and billing details, while also updating internal tracking systems.
• Maintain comprehensive trackers for campaigns, projects, and long-term initiatives.
• Make independent decisions under pressure, escalating issues or seeking guidance as necessary.
• Anticipate potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Utilize industry trends and best practices to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges.
• Lead clips, scripting, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan, prepare, and execute large-scale online launches.
• Coordinate with global colleagues to guarantee the on-time delivery of localized marketing assets.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in localization or marketing, ideally in a role such as Localization Producer or Project Manager within the marketing, trailer, entertainment, or gaming sectors.
• Practical experience in project setup, assignment, and tracking for large-scale projects.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Proven capability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners across various regions.
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects/tasks effectively while prioritizing competing demands and meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Background in marketing campaign management.
• Familiarity with social media management, campaign scheduling tools, and back-end platform creator suites, such as YouTube Creator Studio and Facebook Business Manager.
• Experience with localization platforms, file formats, project management tools, and databases.
• Understanding of entertainment localization, particularly focused on short-form and marketing content.
