Project Manager, Key Account Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist with key account projects from the transition stage to successful completion.

• Provide support to operating companies during project execution.

• Ensure responsibilities, timelines, and communication are clearly defined.

• Coordinate with both internal and external project stakeholders.

• Maintain a professional presence when interacting with customers.

• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks early on and devise practical solutions.

• Assist in the proposal and tender processes.

• Prepare thoroughly for significant customer meetings.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance standards and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Technical training, with additional qualifications as a master craftsperson or technician, or a degree in refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, energy, or building services engineering.

• Proven experience as a project manager or in executing technical projects.

• Strong understanding of technical processes and construction site management.

• Confidently engage with customers, project managers, and various stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel within Germany for approximately 2–3 days per week.
