This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +41 more states.
• Oversee medium to large-scale strategic, operational, and technology-driven initiatives within the Commercial Division.
• Create and uphold integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and decision logs effectively.
• Facilitate project governance processes, executive reviews, and forums for stakeholder decision-making.
• Ensure timely project delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and alignment with business goals.
• Coordinate activities among business, technology, operational, and external teams.
• Foster partnerships with stakeholders across Claims, Product, Operations, Data, IT, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
• Identify and address obstacles to execution, and escalate risks when necessary.
• Evaluate project impacts, dependencies, resource limitations, and readiness for implementation.
• Develop status reports, dashboards, and project updates suitable for executive review.
• Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SPMO standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Change Management and Communications teams to facilitate implementation and adoption.
• Identify partner impacts, training needs, communication requirements, and readiness factors.
• Support post-implementation reviews and initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Monitor project outcomes and adoption metrics to ensure the realization of intended business value.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years of proven experience in assisting, coordinating, or leading complex projects.
• Experience in managing project risks, budgets, timelines, and partner engagement efforts.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to influence partners and drive consensus without direct authority.
• Experience in commercial insurance, insurance technology, financial services, or other regulated sectors.
• Background in supporting product launches, strategic partnerships, system implementations, or operational transformation activities.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices for organizational adoption.
• Willingness to travel as required for divisional or team meetings and other in-person engagements.
• Must reside in the United States; residents of Hawaii and Alaska are excluded.
• Must possess authorization to work indefinitely in the US; Mobilitas does not offer visa sponsorship.
• Eligibility for an annual bonus through the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), potentially up to 10% of eligible pay.
