Project Manager I, II, III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Supervise assigned projects through the stages of requirements gathering, design, planning, initiation, implementation, monitoring, and completion.

• Gather and structure data while performing assessments and analyses to support project goals.

• Create, uphold, and monitor project workplans, timelines, task assignments, deliverables, and action items.

• Coordinate efforts with internal staff, subcontractors, health plans, providers, and state agency collaborators.

• Conduct document evaluations, compliance assessments, interviews, validation activities, and other project-related tasks.

• Draft reports, findings, workplan updates, presentations, meeting materials, and other necessary deliverables.

• Track progress, identify risks and resource requirements, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Lead meetings, conference calls, interviews, and project discussions.

• Assist in monitoring corrective action plans, tracking issues, and facilitating follow-up activities.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and meet client expectations.

• Utilize knowledge of Medicaid managed care requirements, EQR protocols, quality improvement principles, and state-specific program regulations.

• Foster relationships with clients, health plans, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.

• Guarantee that deliverables are accurate, complete, timely, and align with HSAG standards and contractual obligations.

• Enhance project processes, tools, workflows, and overall quality.

• Manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and represent HSAG in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Project management experience in developing and overseeing projects and timelines for various activities is essential.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in EQR activities is preferred.

• Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care delivery systems, and quality improvement processes and practices is necessary.

• Proficiency in a Windows environment, particularly with Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
