This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +5 more states.
• Oversee federal projects with defined scopes and provide support to larger or interdisciplinary project teams.
• Assist in articulating and conveying project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project advancement, resource requirements, costs, and financial outcomes; identify discrepancies and communicate potential effects.
• Aid in organizing project teams by aligning technical skills, assignments, and schedules with project objectives and federal standards.
• Act as the primary contact for daily project-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to UFC, DoD, VA, and other relevant federal regulations, contract stipulations, and quality protocols.
• Recognize risks, scope alterations, scheduling issues, and extra costs; document problems and assist with strategies for mitigation.
• Assist with contracts, documentation of changes, billing coordination, and overall project administration.
• Plan, organize, and lead regular project meetings; document decisions, action items, responsibilities, and follow-up action items.
• Maintain project records and assist with project documentation, which includes design plans, specifications, correspondence, cost data, and performance records.
• At least four years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector.
• An active Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Experience in supporting engineering or design projects throughout the planning and delivery phases; exposure to federal projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with project scope, schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and basic financial management of projects.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and client service abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, adhere to established project management protocols, and appropriately escalate risks or changes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical professionals from various disciplines and cultivate productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
