Project Manager, Embedded Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, coordinate, and track project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, fostering relationships and uncovering additional service opportunities and business insights.

• Customize project delivery models to align with client requirements while applying industry-leading project management practices.

• Perform portfolio risk assessments, proactively manage risks, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

• Supervise personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, performance assessment, and retention strategies.

• Establish best practices and utilize tools for efficient project execution and management.

• Promote continuous improvement by leveraging lessons learned and celebrating project successes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in project management.

• Strong understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

• Demonstrated risk management capabilities and strong leadership qualities.

• Excellent skills in negotiation and problem-solving.

• Experience in managing teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Practical experience in implementing AI practices across various projects.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for effective interaction with clients and project teams.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

• Experience in embedded projects will be considered an advantage.
