This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.
β’ Act as the primary contact for various ongoing projects initiated through the field sales team or direct clients.
β’ Oversee external client communications from initial mock-ups and approvals to final delivery.
β’ Keep an organized project tracker for a substantial pipeline of simultaneous orders.
β’ Ensure that every project meets specifications and is completed within the agreed timelines.
β’ Serve as the internal liaison for manufacturers during the production phase.
β’ Create and manage production schedules across multiple projects at once.
β’ Identify risks, delays, or specification problems early and address them before they reach the client.
β’ Facilitate transitions between design, production, and shipping teams.
β’ Suggest improvements to project management workflows to enhance efficiency and quality of output.
β’ Generate ideas for new gifting product types aimed at target customers.
β’ Represent the brand as an ambassador for quality products and customization options.
β’ Complete prequalifying questions, video introduction, role-specific assessment if applicable, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and background and reference check.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a pipeline of multiple projects and workstreams concurrently.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and direct.
β’ Highly organized with a focus on finding solutions.
β’ Proficient in Google Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint.
β’ Familiarity with AI productivity tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.
β’ Willingness to engage in emails or calls on weekends on rare occasions if necessary.
β’ A passion for fashion, accessories, or luxury goods, with a keen eye for quality and design.
β’ An updated resume is required.
β’ A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) is required.
β’ The Loom video must explain how you manage a large pipeline of concurrent projects and provide an example of how you identified and resolved a potential issue early.
β’ Experience in a client-facing creative support or project management role.
β’ Acquainted with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or similar.
β’ Proficient in Keynote or Adobe Suite.
β’ Background in luxury goods, corporate gifting, or event merchandise.
