Project Manager, Design Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of more than 10 designers while managing a diverse portfolio of over 100 clients.

• Delegate incoming design assignments to the most suitable designers.

• Supervise workload to guarantee the commitment of a 24-hour delivery timeframe.

• Conduct quality assurance and approve the final outputs from the team.

• Address leave requests, manage internal and external communications, and resolve issues.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures among team members.

• Carry out monthly and annual evaluations of performance.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group training sessions focused on onboarding, customer communication, and time management.

• Intervene through chat, email, or video calls to manage intricate client relationships and keep projects on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management position.

• Strong understanding of graphic and/or web design principles.

• Proficient with Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.

• Familiar with tools such as Slack, Asana, and Notion.

• Knowledgeable in AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Confident and direct communication skills, including the capability to provide constructive feedback.

• Quick learner who adapts to change with ease.

• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.

• Must be available to work during US Eastern Time, from 9 AM to 6 PM, without exception.

• Full-time commitment: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
