Project Manager – CRM Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the work package delivery plan, resource calendar, milestones, dependencies, and governance.

• Collaborate with consulting, client, technology, and supplier teams across various markets and time zones.

• Prepare weekly updates on status, financial forecasts, risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Oversee resource planning, time approvals, budget tracking, forecast-to-complete, and scope/change control.

• Monitor deliverable acceptance, ensure staffing continuity, facilitate knowledge transfer, and assess transition readiness.

• Organize workshops, document actions and decisions, and ensure follow-up on dependencies.

• Highlight any anticipated impacts on timelines, resources, or budgets and submit change requests when necessary.

• Maintain the project repository along with logs for risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes.

• Assist with workshop logistics and action tracking.

• Manage the assigned work package without substituting specialist domain expertise or overall program leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or delivery management, including at least 2 years in pharmaceutical or life sciences digital programs.

• Proven ability to independently manage a client-facing work package.

• Experience in participating in at least one multi-market Veeva CRM program.

• Familiarity with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM and Vault CRM transition dependencies.

• Demonstrated experience with T&M budgets, resource planning, time approvals, forecasting, and scope/change control.

• Experience coordinating client, consulting, and supplier teams across different time zones.

• Strong background in project governance, reporting, RAID management, and controlled documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar qualification is desirable.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German or French and experience in consulting supplier management is a plus.
