Project Manager – CRM Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the work package delivery plan, resource calendar, milestones, dependencies, and governance.

• Facilitate coordination among consulting, client, technology, and supplier teams across various markets and time zones.

• Generate weekly status updates, financial forecasts, and manage risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Oversee resource planning, time approvals, budget monitoring, forecast-to-complete, and scope/change control.

• Monitor deliverable acceptance, ensure staffing continuity, facilitate knowledge transfer, and assess transition readiness.

• Organize workshops, document actions and decisions, and ensure follow-up on dependencies.

• Raise alerts about potential timeline, resource, or budget impacts and submit change requests as necessary.

• Maintain project repositories and logs for risks, dependencies, decisions, and changes.

• Create weekly status and financial reports.

• Assist with workshop logistics and track action items.

• Manage the assigned work package without substituting for specialist domain expertise or overarching program leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or delivery management.

• At least 2 years of experience in digital programs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

• Proven track record of independently managing a client-facing work package.

• Experience in participating in at least one multi-market Veeva CRM program.

• Familiarity with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM and Vault CRM transition dependencies.

• Demonstrated experience with T&M budgets, resource planning, time approvals, forecasting, and scope/change control.

• Background in coordinating client, consulting, and supplier teams across different time zones.

• Strong expertise in project governance, reporting, RAID management, and controlled documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 6 to 9+ years of relevant project or delivery management experience is preferred.

• Experience in coordinating commercial and medical workstreams as well as global template/local-market delivery models is an advantage.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar qualification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira is desirable.

• Proficiency in German or French and experience in consulting supplier management are advantageous.
