Project Manager – CRM Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the work package delivery plan, resource calendar, milestones, dependencies, and governance.

• Facilitate collaboration among consulting, client, technology, and supplier teams across various markets and time zones.

• Generate weekly status reports, financial forecasts, risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Oversee resource planning, time approvals, budget tracking, forecast-to-complete, and scope/change control.

• Monitor deliverable acceptance, staffing continuity, knowledge transfer, and transition readiness.

• Organize workshops, document actions and decisions, and ensure follow-through on dependencies.

• Proactively escalate any anticipated impacts on timelines, resources, or budgets and submit change requests as necessary.

• Maintain the project repository, along with risk, dependency, decision, and change logs.

• Assist in workshop logistics and track action items.

• Manage the designated work package while preserving specialist domain expertise and overall program leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project or delivery management.

• At least 2 years of experience in digital programs within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.

• Proven ability to independently manage a client-facing work package.

• Experience in participating in at least one multi-market Veeva CRM program.

• Knowledge of Salesforce-based Veeva CRM and Vault CRM transition dependencies.

• Demonstrated experience with T&M budgets, resource planning, time approvals, forecasting, and scope/change control.

• Experience coordinating client, consulting, and supplier teams across different time zones.

• Strong background in project governance, reporting, RAID management, and controlled documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with coordinating commercial and medical workstreams, as well as global template/local-market delivery models.

• Proficiency in German or French and experience in consulting supplier management are advantageous.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or a similar qualification is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira is desirable.
