This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Serve as the primary leader for the project in the role of Project Owner (an IPP), coordinating all stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Supervise the construction phase of the project, guaranteeing adherence to company objectives and compliance with contractual commitments.
• Manage both internal and external work interactions, including partners, contractors, global equipment suppliers, service providers, owner's engineers, legal teams, development teams, local and ministerial authorities, financial institutions, and more.
• Track and uphold project schedules, budgets, and cash flow, identifying opportunities for enhancement in each area.
• Evaluate key milestones, assess risks and contractual liabilities, formulate risk mitigation strategies, and devise proactive solutions.
• Minimum of 10 years of prior experience in construction project management – a necessity.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, or mechanical engineering, or other relevant disciplines – mandatory.
• High proficiency in all Office applications, including Excel – essential.
• Fluent in both Italian and English – required.
• Must be located in Italy.
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector – essential.
• Experience in an Owner/Developer role – a significant advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management abilities, with skills in task prioritization and managing multiple interfaces simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
