Project Manager, Client Services – Fri-Mon Weekend Shift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the management of eDiscovery cases by facilitating workflows across operational departments.

• Generate work orders for data intake, culling, processing, hosting, and production activities.

• Execute quality checks for accuracy and completeness prior to delivering work products to clients.

• Stay informed about eDiscovery, market competitors, and relevant industry tools.

• Acquire knowledge of Lighthouse workflows, critical paths, and workflow management tools.

• Convey scope and deadline expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee the pod’s work request queue.

• Engage in initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master's or JD preferred).

• 4+ years of work experience, including a minimum of two years in eDiscovery.

• Experience with Relativity is required.

• PMP certification is a plus.

• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

• Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to interpret both written and verbal instructions.

• Flexibility and adaptability to manage an evolving workload.

• Proficient in using a computer, communicating via telephone, and reading printed materials.

• Availability to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends may be necessary.
