Project Manager – Cardiac Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, setup, monitoring, and closure stages of clinical study management, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services.

• Collect and convert customer needs into actionable strategies for internal teams.

• Create and maintain study documentation, reports, and processes for data archiving.

• Organize the distribution and tracking of equipment to facilitate study execution.

• Track study timelines and oversee financial aspects, including budgets, revenue forecasting, adjustments to scope, and invoice reconciliation.

• Recognize study risks, suggest mitigation plans, and escalate issues as necessary.

• Handle communications, negotiations, and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Foster a positive team atmosphere through effective communication and resource management.

• Utilize structured problem-solving methods to address client concerns and maintain issue tracking.

• Represent study services during client meetings, including investigator and site initiation meetings, when required.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new Project Management team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related discipline.

• 1–4 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical, or similar industry.

• Understanding of the drug development lifecycle and clinical trial procedures.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to effectively communicate in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.

• Detail-oriented with a proven track record of responsiveness and accountability.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Valid passport and readiness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
