Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee, support, and enhance Service Level Agreements and contracts with clients.

• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage delivery across multi-brand or multi-market digital programs, focusing on reuse, governance, and consistency.

• Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to scope and budget constraints.

• Formulate project scopes and objectives, engage stakeholders, and confirm technical feasibility.

• Develop and refine the product backlog in JIRA.

• Ensure the availability and allocation of staffing and engineering resources.

• Create a general roadmap and detailed project plans to monitor progress.

• Manage alterations in project scope, schedule, and budget using risk management techniques.

• Evaluate project performance utilizing appropriate systems, tools, and methodologies.

• Foster client and stakeholder relationships, including negotiation and understanding.

• Oversee project financials, including invoicing, expenses, and revenue forecasts.

• Analyze project data and generate dashboards and data visualizations to enhance decision-making.

• Develop and maintain thorough project documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a Project Manager within digital agencies, software factories, or IT firms.

• Proficient in project management software tools such as MS Project and JIRA.

• Experience in implementing eCommerce and related systems, including PIM, CMS, DAM, Search, and SEO/GEO.

• Proven track record of managing both fixed-price and time & materials projects.

• Experienced in delivering agile projects and collaborating with PODs.

• Familiarity with AI tools to facilitate and expedite project and product delivery.

• Knowledgeable in data processing, dashboards, metrics, and KPI analysis.

• Strong technical background with the capability to address accessibility and compatibility challenges.

• Experience working within agile methodologies.

• Upper-intermediate to advanced level of conversational English proficiency.
