This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop risk management documentation.
• Oversee and direct the operations of risk management initiatives, epidemiologic research, and/or registries.
• Engage in projects related to epidemiology, registries, and risk management.
• Create, design, and draft REMS, KAB protocols, surveys, reports, abstracts, and various risk management documents.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and epidemiologists.
• Take part in internal and client project teams, as well as meetings.
• Formulate protocols for observational programs.
• Organize project activities while monitoring project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients and act as the primary point of contact.
• Provide insights to Contracts Management regarding scope-of-work and budget adjustments.
• Communicate project deliverables and milestones to the Finance team for invoicing purposes.
• Create project timelines, arrange meetings, and document meeting minutes.
• Assist in proposal development, encompassing service descriptions and budgets.
• Participate in client meetings, bid defenses, and pertinent industry conferences.
• Deliver presentations at industry events when applicable.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, public health, or a related field.
• Prior experience in protocol writing, study design, and operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, drug development, and medical/scientific terminology is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently and thrive in a small team setting.
• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Professional, organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and quality-focused.
• Strong computer proficiency, including word processing and adeptness with tables and figures.
• Availability to work after business hours and on weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines.
