This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.
• Establish and manage project charters, work breakdown structures, milestone plans, ownership assignments, dependencies, risk and issue logs, decision documentation, and change controls.
• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio perspective on priority initiatives, encompassing status updates, milestones, critical paths, commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Develop and enhance templates, checklists, reporting routines, and portfolio dashboards.
• Convert priorities into comprehensive implementation plans that include use cases, users, data and modeling inputs, milestones, validation, enablement, communication strategies, adoption, and outputs.
• Assist in solution discovery and scoping by documenting stakeholder inquiries, workflows, data requirements, success criteria, scope limitations, and dependencies.
• Monitor technical, data, product, market, and external stakeholder dependencies to identify risks early.
• Facilitate project coordination activities, including creating agendas, pre-read materials, action item notes, follow-up trackers, and decision documentation.
• Keep implementation trackers, timelines, and delivery commitments updated for customer, partner, and pilot initiatives.
• Organize demonstrations, workshops, roundtable discussions, roadshows, conferences, and meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Provide execution support to the Head of Market Development in areas such as prioritization, briefings, trackers, event planning, and follow-up with external parties.
• Write concept notes, project plans, status reports, partner or funder updates, workshop materials, executive summaries, follow-up communications, and case study contributions.
• Conduct research and analysis on markets, institutions, policies, stakeholders, competitors, partners, and events.
• Ensure market-facing materials are technically accurate, relevant to the audience, and maintain consistent external positioning.
• Manage HubSpot, maintain stakeholder maps, contact lists, project repositories, and version-controlled records.
• Document decisions, outcomes, user insights, market signals, lessons learned from implementation, and reusable assets.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, implementation delivery, consulting operations, or a comparable execution-focused role.
• Experience in coordinating software, data, analytics, technical consulting, or other complex solution projects throughout the lifecycle, including requirements gathering, input management, delivery, review, user enablement, and completion.
• Proven practical project management capabilities, including work breakdown structures, milestone planning, action tracking, risk and issue logging, dependency management, decision documentation, and meeting cadences.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to understand the scoping and implementation of modeling or analytical solutions, including inputs, assumptions, scenarios, outputs, validation, limitations, and to identify missing information or dependencies.
• Excellent written communication and synthesis abilities.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Confident in coordinating across different functions and geographical locations without formal authority.
• Ability to professionally engage with external stakeholders and consistently follow through on agreed actions, timelines, and information requests.
• Strong familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, shared documentation, and project management platforms.
• Capable of handling confidential commercial, technical, and stakeholder information with sound judgment and discretion.
• Availability to maintain regular working hours overlapping with both Southeast Asia and London, with reasonable flexibility for priority customer, partner, and internal meetings.
• Desirable: Direct experience with power-system planning, electricity market analysis, or energy modeling, including tools like PLEXOS, PyPSA, OSeMOSYS, or similar.
• Desirable: Background in energy, climate, technology, professional services, or another field with technical work and complex external stakeholders.
• Desirable: Experience supporting projects related to government, utilities, development finance, grants, partnerships, or multi-organization initiatives.
• Desirable: Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM system.
• Desirable: Experience in coordinating product demonstrations, workshops, roundtables, roadshows, conferences, or meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Desirable: Experience in preparing presentations, case study contributions, event materials, or other external content for complex technical propositions.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Notion, Slack, and lightweight portfolio dashboards or reporting systems.
