Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of lift and escalator projects throughout North England.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, compliance, and proper documentation.

• Manage project timelines, resources, and team dynamics.

• Keep projects progressing as planned and aligned with client expectations.

• Supervise budgeting, forecasting, change management, and accurate billing processes.

• Foster client relationships through effective communication and resolution of issues.

• Identify potential future opportunities with clients.

• Ensure that technical standards are upheld and project documentation is current.

• Share insights and lessons learned to promote continuous improvement.

• Lead teams to successfully complete projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong level of numeracy and literacy.

• NVQ6 or a degree in Management or an equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in the lift/escalator sector is advantageous.

• Valid CSCS Managers card.

• IOSH Managing Safely certification.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the lift and escalator industry.

• Applicants must possess the appropriate right to work.

• Sponsorship is not available for this position.

• Willingness to travel across North England, from Nottingham to Scotland.

• Ability to adhere to the scheduled working hours of Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30 and Friday 08:00–15:45.
