Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising 5–10 members throughout the phases of research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, quality assurance, analytics, and client stakeholder activities.

• Ensure the smooth progression of A/B tests from conception through to execution and analysis.

• Identify risks early, remove obstacles for teams, and guarantee the completion of tasks.

• Develop and maintain a testing roadmap featuring 10–20 upcoming experiments.

• Articulate the testing strategy and rationale, establish expectations, and review progress and outcomes with clients during weekly meetings.

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping individuals focused and motivated.

• Report directly to the Account Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with A/B testing is not mandatory.

• Formal project management experience is not necessary; training will be provided.

• Strong organizational skills and diligence, including the use of systems, checklists, and timelines.

• Capability to plan in advance, prioritize tasks, and complete work accurately.

• Excellent proactive communication skills and a tendency to over-communicate.

• Ability to identify risks early and seek assistance when necessary.

• Quick learner with an interest in technology and design.

• Capacity to comprehend why certain elements function or fail to function.

• Skill in pattern recognition and the ability to ask insightful questions.
