This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee projects of low complexity within programs or manage standalone projects of similar complexity.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects and completion of milestone objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enhance project management best practices, processes, and tools.
• Conduct project closure activities.
• Refine project charters and coordinate assignments for business and IT resources.
• Create and manage project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), resource plans, forecasts, budgets, and operational/support plans.
• Organize project audits and ensure compliance with EPMO Governance.
• Gather and compile project estimates from EPMO, IT, and business units.
• Evaluate and manage the impacts of project scope, schedule, and budget changes.
• Raise issues to Business Owners, Program Managers, and EPMO Leadership as necessary.
• Maintain stakeholder matrices, RAID logs, SharePoint sites, and project document repositories.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between business and IT teams.
• Develop communication and training plans for projects in collaboration with Talent Development and Communications.
• Organize and lead status, stakeholder, program, and governance meetings.
• Take notes during meetings, document decisions, and outline action items.
• Monitor and report on project status, metrics, and budget to stakeholders.
• Implement strategies for mitigation and contingency plans.
• Identify, log, allocate, and manage project risks and issues.
• Generate reports, business decision documents, meeting minutes, and notifications.
• Perform other assigned tasks.
• An Associate Degree in Project Management or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in program coordination or project management is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, such as Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc.
• Experience with project management software is preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in analysis and reporting.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent critical listening and thinking abilities.
• Capacity to interact effectively with all organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Capability to lead a project team of up to five core members.
• Experience managing a project with a budget of up to $1M.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and team assignments to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.
• A demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Basic understanding of project management processes, techniques, tools, and the development lifecycle.
• No specific licensure or certification required.
• General office environment; may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
