Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee business and IT change initiatives from inception to completion.

• Simultaneously manage several projects.

• Control project scope, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.

• Ensure project governance and deliver transparent status updates.

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in the UK and the Delivery Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of practical experience in Project Management.

• Strong skills in delivery governance and stakeholder engagement.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time.

• Proficient in English (C1+) with confident communication abilities with UK stakeholders.

• Background in the financial services sector.

• Possession of PRINCE2, Scrum, or an equivalent certification.

• Openness to occasional travel to the UK.
