Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Act as the "CEO of the Project," assuming full responsibility for Fixed-Fee discipline and governance throughout complex technical lifecycles, including AI/ML and Lakehouse.

• Establish methods and procedures for new assignments and oversee the activities of other personnel.

• Oversee intricate Fixed-Fee implementations with stringent governance.

• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and align effort and resource names with specific tasks.

• Utilize Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for precise risk forecasting.

• Connect with key stakeholders beyond your immediate area of expertise to ensure successful delivery.

• Deliver "Lessons Learned" presentations to regional teams to enhance future upstream pre-sales and scoping.

• Assist in pre-sales efforts by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service scoping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally 2-5 years of field experience in a service delivery or technical implementation role.

• Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical project management.

• Experience in data engineering is highly advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Proficiency in advanced Smartsheet/Project modeling and the capability to query Snowflake metadata for consumption reporting.

• Professional working proficiency in English is required.

• Proven expertise in EVM and CPM to identify and address schedule/cost variances.

• SnowPro Core certification is required.

• PMP certification is preferred.
