Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the Fixed-Fee discipline and governance of intricate technical lifecycles, encompassing AI/ML and Lakehouse.

• Offer value-driven trade-off alternatives when adjustments to scope are necessary.

• Establish methods and procedures for new assignments while coordinating the activities of other team members.

• Oversee complex Fixed-Fee implementations, ensuring strict governance.

• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and link effort and resource designations to specific tasks.

• Utilize Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for precise risk forecasting.

• Connect with key stakeholders outside your area of expertise to ensure successful delivery.

• Deliver Lessons Learned presentations to regional teams to enhance future upstream pre-sales and scoping.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by identifying upsell possibilities and contributing to service scoping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Generally 2-5 years of experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role.

• Typically 5-8 years of relevant experience in technical project management.

• Experience in data engineering is highly advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Proficiency in advanced Smartsheet/Project modeling.

• Capability to query Snowflake metadata for reporting on consumption.

• Professional working proficiency in English is essential.

• Proven expertise in EVM and CPM to identify and resolve schedule/cost variances.

• SnowPro Core certification required.

• PMP certification is preferred.
