This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Take responsibility for projects after contract award and oversee their execution until completion.
• Act as the main point of contact for the general contractor throughout the duration of the project.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, manufacturers, installers, and internal departments.
• Lead project coordination calls and conduct status update meetings.
• Track schedules and identify risks, delays, and conflicts.
• Create and maintain project documentation and tracking systems.
• Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Compile, assess, and submit equipment submittal packages.
• Manage revisions and provide responses to comments from consultants and customers.
• Evaluate equipment layouts, utility requirements, and installation details.
• Oversee equipment procurement, production schedules, lead times, deliveries, and shipping logistics.
• Address vendor-related issues and handle change orders and scope modifications.
• Schedule installations and assist field teams during installation and commissioning.
• Tackle jobsite issues, equipment discrepancies, and scheduling conflicts.
• Facilitate the completion of punch lists and manage project closeout.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Review expenses and aid with change order pricing and documentation.
• Keep accurate project records and correspondence.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to customers and stakeholders involved in the project.
• Represent Singer Equipment in project meetings and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction or food service equipment is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in reading construction drawings and using AutoQuote 360.
• Proven experience in managing multiple subcontractors and in-house personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, online database management tools, AutoQuotes, Procore, and other industry-standard applications.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Excellent time management skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Must be proactive and detail-oriented.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
• Knowledge of basic business principles to manage project timelines and financial expenses.
