Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery documentation.

• Oversee project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines.

• Facilitate project governance routines, weekly reviews, status meetings, and steering committees.

• Track project health and proactively pinpoint risks, issues, and obstacles.

• Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timeline, budget, and customer expectations.

• Establish and nurture relationships with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as a liaison between customers and ScienceLogic delivery teams.

• Conduct project status calls, executive reviews, and steering committees for technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

• Align project efforts with customer business goals and measurable outcomes.

• Convert technical delivery activities into business value and identify whitespace opportunities.

• Gain insights into ScienceLogic solutions, AI capabilities, and platform architecture.

• Utilize AI, Copilot, Power Automate, and workflow orchestration for reporting, RAID management, action tracking, resource planning, and customer communications.

• Propel projects with urgency and ownership, effectively addressing scope creep or unrealistic timelines.

• Manage risks, issues, and escalations to resolution, coordinating across PS, Support, Product, Engineering, SRE, CS, and Sales.

• Organize resource requirements, assist in forecasting and capacity planning, and monitor consultant assignments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, or Power Apps is advantageous.

• Experience in creating workflow automations and enhancing productivity is beneficial.

• Strong business insight and customer awareness.

• Comfort in holding stakeholders accountable.

• Capability to navigate between technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Technical curiosity and an interest in AI and automation.

• Ability to professionally challenge customers when necessary.

• Commitment to owning problems until resolution.

• Sense of urgency and personal accountability.
