Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in business initiatives and manage projects aimed at enhancing sales efficiency.

• Provide sales personnel with data, insights, research, and presentations.

• Conduct research based on industry, market, and prospects.

• Create and develop tools for sales.

• Execute CRM audits and compile reports on current sales activities.

• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to boost sales efficiency.

• Coordinate teams and processes to ensure timely project delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and offer solutions for workflow optimization.

• Develop sales and marketing materials with expertise tailored to specific verticals.

• Maintain and enhance existing processes and tools.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Experience in sales enablement roles, including sales support, sales analysis, market analysis, and market research.

• Proficient in communicating information and conclusions clearly and effectively.

• Highly developed logical and analytical reasoning skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

• Capacity to manage priorities within a matrix organization.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Strong organizational capabilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Google Slides/Docs.

• An entrepreneurial mindset.

• Knowledge and/or experience in digital and programmatic advertising is a plus.
