This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the assignment of medical staff to remote and industrial project locations.
• Coordinate and arrange logistics for personnel, including travel and accommodation.
• Assist in payroll management and operational administration tasks.
• Handle daily operational and personnel inquiries.
• Maintain professional communication with client representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Aid in tracking performance, conducting reviews, and coordinating personnel.
• Provide solutions to operational challenges in new or unfamiliar situations.
• Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with seasoned project managers and operational leaders.
• Support the deployment of medical professionals in remote industrial field environments.
• Ensure the smooth operation of projects from the planning phase through to delivery.

• Proficient in reading and understanding instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Capability to write professional correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, and employees.
• Prior project management experience is not mandatory.
• Familiarity with project coordination or management is preferred but not essential.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or client-facing roles is advantageous but not required.
• Interest in healthcare or industrial medical operations is a plus but not mandatory.
