This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the daily execution of intricate, large-scale digital banking, card, and payments platform implementations.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and implement minimum-viable processes for implementation, including status cadence, RAID log, and decision log.
• Handle client-facing status communications, translating engineering and product developments into business terminology.
• Maintain clear ownership of outstanding items both internally and with clients.
• Provide coverage for various existing banking and fintech clients.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships across the client portfolio.
• Conduct account operating cadences, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs), roadmap check-ins, and prioritization sessions.
• Coordinate inputs from Product and Engineering regarding feasibility and sequencing while managing the agenda, follow-through, and client narrative.
• Monitor portfolio health using key performance indicators (KPIs), adoption rates, satisfaction levels, and support/escalation trends.
• Identify risks early and compile client feedback into structured product prioritization input.
• Maintain a single source of truth for each account, encompassing health status, commitments, roadmap requests, and key contacts.
• Lead client reviews following incidents and issues.
• Convert technical root causes into business-appropriate explanations and forward-looking action plans.
• 5-7+ years of experience in consulting and project management.
• Strong background in enterprise relationship management.
• Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex, large-scale implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and strengthen client trust and relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Solid track record of establishing operational rhythms with clear accountability in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
• Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to convey information in a structured, concise, and executive-ready manner.
• Comfortable communicating status and risks to executive and board-level audiences.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams, as well as data, reporting, and portfolio analytics.
• Highly self-motivated and adaptable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience managing credit card or lending portfolios at a bank, issuer, or fintech is a plus.
• Consulting experience with financial services clients is advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs and technical teams is a bonus.
