This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho, +5 more states.
• Oversee federal projects with a defined scope and provide support to larger or multidisciplinary project teams.
• Assist in defining and conveying project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project advancement, resource requirements, expenses, and financial performance; identify discrepancies and communicate potential impacts.
• Organize project teams by aligning technical expertise, responsibilities, and schedules with project goals and federal regulations.
• Act as the primary contact for daily project-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to UFC, DoD, VA, and other relevant federal standards, contract stipulations, and quality protocols.
• Recognize risks, changes in scope, scheduling issues, and additional costs; document concerns and assist with mitigation plans.
• Support contract management, change documentation, billing coordination, and overall project administration.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate regular project meetings; record decisions, action items, responsibilities, and follow-up requirements.
• Maintain project records and aid in project documentation, which includes design plans, specifications, correspondence, cost data, and performance records.
• Contribute to proposals, project controls, and enhancements to processes.
• At least four years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector.
• An active Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Experience in supporting engineering or design projects from planning to delivery; familiarity with federal projects is preferred.
• Solid understanding of project scope, schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and fundamental project financials.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and client service abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, adhere to established project management methodologies, and appropriately escalate risks or changes.
• Proficiency in collaborating effectively with technical professionals across various disciplines and fostering productive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
