This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of various Network Services projects.
• Ensure that project deliverables are finalized within the stipulated time frame, scope, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate and manage Time & Materials service engagements from initiation to billing conclusion.
• Administer customer network benchmark assessments, recertification initiatives, reporting obligations, and stakeholder communications.
• Work alongside technical teams to outline, prioritize, monitor, and execute systems automation projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Provide consistent status updates, manage expectations effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Organize field personnel, engineers, subcontractors, equipment, and other project resources.
• Create and sustain project timelines, meeting minutes, risk logs, change requests, project documentation, and client-facing materials.
• Track project expenses, T&M labor metrics, purchasing needs, invoicing milestones, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, field operations, service delivery, and leadership teams.
• Identify potential project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues.
• Contribute to the development of project management processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain precise project records in CRM, project management, ERP, and reporting systems.
• No direct reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, service delivery, operations, or a similar role.
• Prior experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, wireless communications, security systems, or related technology sectors.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in creating and managing project schedules, status reports, and customer communications.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with network services, managed services, benchmarking programs, or compliance recertifications is preferred.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, ticketing, and project management systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of automation platforms, workflow processes, and operational reporting is preferred.
• Experience in managing customer-facing projects and communicating with executive-level stakeholders is preferred.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management is preferred.
• Occasional travel may be necessary for customer meetings, project kickoffs, field activities, training sessions, and company meetings.
