Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead customers through successful implementation processes from the start of the project to its completion.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and on track.

• Develop robust relationships with clients and internal teams.

• Remove obstacles for developers and address dependencies before they escalate into issues.

• Recognize risks, envision scenarios, and outline pathways to success.

• Guarantee the success of projects.

• Collaborate closely with agile development teams throughout the project’s lifecycle.

• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, such as daily sprints, mid-sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Promote ongoing enhancements of team processes through servant leadership.

• Identify and address problems, inquiries, dependencies, and team dysfunctions.

• Monitor team velocity, health, and sprint progression, and communicate risks to stakeholders.

• Manage budgets, timelines, scope, and risks.

• Serve as the primary project contact for the client, providing clear and transparent information.

• Maintain high levels of client communication and customer service.

• Document action items and share information and tasks with the team.

• Provide weekly updates to the manager regarding project health, including budget, schedule, and scope issues.

• Deliver weekly/monthly status reports to clients.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or similar roles.

• Direct work experience in the digital sector with knowledge of development project life cycles.

• Hands-on experience with various software development methodologies and project management tools, including SCRUM/Agile and Kanban.

• Must reside in Brazil.

• Visa sponsorship is not available; Metal Toad cannot sponsor any type of visa.
