This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in project management for a federal government contract.
• Collaborate with the Program Director, other Project Managers, Task Leads, and the client to strategize and oversee work across the task.
• Manage the scope, team, schedule, budget, and quality factors to fulfill project objectives and deliverables.
• Plan, implement, and monitor projects concerning objectives, timelines, budget, quality, resources, communication, and risks.
• Lead the project team in strategizing and executing projects in line with scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Promptly and professionally address client or stakeholder inquiries.
• Oversee software development projects following industry best practices.
• Maintain communication with clients, management, and staff.
• Serve as an expert in task management and tracking.
• Balance competing demands and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Organize internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and material distribution.
• Draft and structure meeting minutes to capture discussions, decisions, and action items.
• A high school diploma.
• At least five years of experience in project management.
• Experience with government contracts or programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Proven ability to work successfully in a team-oriented and collaborative setting.
• Experience in supporting healthcare facility onboarding, implementation, technical coordination, or other multi-stakeholder project activities.
• Experience in maintaining project schedules, trackers, risk/action-item logs, and status reports.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Capability to operate within a challenging environment across multiple diverse teams.
• If necessary for the project, ability to successfully complete and obtain a federal Position of Public Trust Level 5 background investigation, meet all eligibility criteria, and retain the required clearance throughout employment.
