This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee mid-level to moderately complex professional services projects.
• Establish, track, and modify project scope and timelines as necessary.
• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate meetings and collaborative sessions for team members and clients.
• Conduct customer meetings through video and audio calls.
• Serve as a point of escalation for project-related issues and initiate resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations through contract interpretation.
• Manage daily interactions with customers via Teams/Zoom calls and email communication.
• Propel projects forward by collaborating with clients and internal resources.
• Leverage the skills of Delivery teams to prioritize and oversee projects effectively.
• Utilize Keyfactor’s conversation flow and technical jargon for effective communication.
• Drive the development of scalable processes and procedures.
• Assist in identifying and monitoring team KPIs.
• Represent the organization, make independent decisions, and motivate teammates to do the same.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and cultivate referenceable accounts.
• Act as the primary contact for approximately 12–16 intricate enterprise projects concurrently.
• Report and escalate issues to management as necessary.
• Maintain project data in Salesforce and project management tools to ensure accuracy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is required; or equivalent experience.
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards, company operations, and advanced methodologies.
• Moderate experience in managing and interacting with third-party resellers, service providers, and partners.
• In-depth understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
• Advanced skills in risk management and mitigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Capability to lead small projects, innovate within the role, and provide training to colleagues.
• Ability to develop and implement project plans that align with organizational objectives.
• Capacity to offer strategic direction and guidance to project teams.
• Proficient in influencing stakeholders and achieving consensus.
