Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management.

• Address project challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams while promoting effective communication and collaboration.

• Track project progress, recognize potential risks and issues, and execute corrective measures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.

• Compile and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a similar field is preferred.

• Extensive experience in project management and leading teams.

• A proven history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, emphasizing results delivered within scope, time, and budget limits.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

• Competence in effectively managing project teams and prioritizing tasks.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Aptitude for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).

• Legal eligibility to work in the country where the position is located.
