Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Oversee all stages of project development from initiation through to completion.

• Act as the main liaison for clients and internal teams.

• Ensure effective and clear communication throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Efficiently coordinate and allocate resources.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the project team.

• Identify potential project risks and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Track project progress and resolve any issues that arise.

• Guarantee that project deliverables adhere to quality standards.

• Implement quality control measures and review processes.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and project plans.

• Provide stakeholders with regular project updates.

• Encourage collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

• Report directly to Allison Gibbs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Extensive experience in project management, ideally within a marketing or advertising agency.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet stringent deadlines.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.
