This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee projects from start to finish in accordance with PMO lifecycle standards, which include kick-off, planning, execution, reporting, retrospectives, and project closure.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, stakeholder involvement, and overall satisfaction.
• Create and sustain comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocation strategies, and delivery milestones.
• Utilize approved AI-driven tools and digital solutions to enhance project planning, reporting, operational efficiency, and overall delivery effectiveness.
• Keep accurate project documentation and artifacts within authorized systems, with SharePoint serving as the primary source of truth.
• Oversee project finances, including budget monitoring, forecasting, invoicing timelines, and financial reporting.
• Recognize and address risks, issues, and dependencies, while ensuring appropriate escalation and change control processes are followed.
• Generate high-quality status reports, executive summaries, and project documentation for clients and leadership teams.
• Ensure that project deliverables adhere to quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead lessons learned sessions and retrospectives to foster continuous improvement.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to promote long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Learning & Development, Education, Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience overseeing end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing client-facing projects within complex and rapidly evolving environments.
• Proficient in managing project budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and schedules.
• Strong abilities in project planning, organization, and execution.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and client relationship development.
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management software.
• Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance project results.
• Strong skills in risk management, change management, and decision-making.
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
• Preferred: Background in Learning & Development, Learning Experience (LX), Digital Learning, or Consulting sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with instructional design, learning technologies, or learning transformation initiatives.
