Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overall accountability for the comprehensive success of serial renovation initiatives

• Overseeing intricate and innovative building renovation projects from initial planning, tendering, and contract award through construction supervision and commissioning

• Managing organization, timelines, costs, construction quality, and risks

• Planning and monitoring processes, along with budget management

• Working closely with the planning department, procurement, and the relevant construction management team

• Coordinating project interfaces with the team

• Serving as the primary contact point for clients

• Identifying potential risks at an early stage and implementing suitable countermeasures

• Recognizing optimization opportunities and providing suggestions for improvements

⛳️ Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a related qualification

• Several years of substantial experience in managing construction projects, preferably in renovation or residential real estate

• Strong knowledge of VOB, HOAI, and AHO

• Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the projects

• Excellent organizational capabilities and a highly structured work approach

• Keen attention to detail along with a strong affinity for numbers and data

• Robust negotiation and diplomatic skills

• Cooperative and team-oriented work style

• Passion for transforming Germany’s construction industry and aiding in the carbon-neutral transition of the building stock
