Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Responsible for all facets of assigned projects

• Deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally

• Strategically procure materials

• Assist in coordinating with the internal support team for order entry and item coding

• Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers

• Lead project-related conference calls and engage with all third parties involved in project management

• Provide reporting to the project management team

• Ensure compliance with all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Evaluate and suggest areas for enhanced efficiencies and advantages for DNOW and/or our clients

• Facilitate the swift movement of materials and documentation

• Support other Project Managers and Sales Assistants as workload allows

• Surpass customer expectations in service needs while maintaining 100% on-time deliveries and 100% order accuracy

• Optimize operating profits while increasing market share through outstanding customer service

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in sourcing pipes, valves, and fittings

• Over 5 years of experience in project management and sales

• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry is preferred

• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word)

• Experience in process, administration, operations, and SAP is advantageous

• Positive and assertive attitude

• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical

• Understanding and full commitment to DNOW processes

• Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and open to receiving guidance

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, both internally and externally

• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues
