Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee project timelines, ensuring clarity on schedules and dependencies.

• Act as the main liaison between internal engineering, data, and operations teams and clients throughout the duration of projects.

• Facilitate alignment meetings, provide status updates, and conduct follow-up sessions with teams and stakeholders.

• Proactively identify potential risks, obstacles, and bottlenecks, and suggest plans for mitigation.

• Clearly document decisions, project scope, and deliverables in an accessible manner.

• Assist in managing technical requests by translating client requirements into actionable tasks for the teams.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of project management and delivery processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in mid-level or senior project management roles.

• Proficiency in project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail and consistency.

• Self-motivated and proactive in performing analyses.

• Excellent communication skills with both clients and technical teams.

• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Intermediate Spanish is advantageous.

• Experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure fields is a plus.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and/or PMBOK is a benefit.
