Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are maintained.

• Convene with project team members to identify and address any issues that arise.

• Deliver project outputs and guarantee compliance with quality standards.

• Compile status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing pertinent information.

• Develop effective project communication strategies and ensure their implementation.

• Manage change requests and communicate their effects on the project timeline and budget.

• Oversee the creation of user manuals, training materials, and other documentation for successful implementation and client transfer.

• Identify and cultivate new opportunities with clients.

• Secure customer approval of project deliverables.

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project transition phase.

• Conduct evaluations after project completion to identify successful and unsuccessful elements.

• Supervise ERP projects.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency.

• Outstanding client-facing and internal communication abilities.

• Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.

• Highly detail-oriented.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar position.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Solid understanding of formal project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Gmail, and similar tools within Google Workspace.

• Experience with Notion or comparable platforms.

• Website project experience is an advantage.
