Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Establish project governance, delivery methodologies, reporting schedules, and management controls.

• Own and oversee the integrated project plan and delivery roadmap.

• Propel project execution to meet defined milestones and deliverables.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.

• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, project reviews, and decision-making forums.

• Define and uphold delivery metrics, project reporting standards, and executive dashboards.

• Oversee application development, testing, database implementation, environment readiness, data migration, release management, cutover, and production deployment activities.

• Ensure the successful completion of validation, acceptance, readiness, compliance, and approval activities necessary for milestone achievement.

• Manage vendor performance and delivery commitments in accordance with contractual obligations.

• Ensure the completion and approval of project documentation, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and formal transition to support organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience leading intricate enterprise IT programs and projects through the entire project lifecycle, encompassing initiation, planning, requirements management, execution, testing, deployment, hypercare, and operational transition.

• Proven experience in establishing and governing project delivery frameworks, including project plans, governance structures, status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management, change control, scope management, and executive decision-making processes.

• Demonstrated history of leading cross-functional global teams and driving delivery across business, technology, infrastructure, vendor, and third-party organizations.

• Extensive experience in directing application development initiatives, database implementation projects, environment provisioning, data migration execution, release management activities, cutover planning, and production deployments.

• Proven capability to manage project delivery in alignment with agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objectives, while ensuring timely escalation and resolution of risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level reports, steering committee materials, governance updates, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.

• Experience in delivering projects within regulated environments.

• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences organizations.

• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, SAFe, or equivalent is preferred.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Candidates must provide a Criminal record extract not older than three months.
