Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of all projects within the Video team, with opportunities for growth into other creative services.

• Provide guidance on optimal project delivery methodologies and educate both colleagues and clients on their advantages.

• Generate project status updates, timelines, scopes of work, estimates, risk management logs, and financial tracking reports.

• Oversee the completion of department timesheets.

• Advocate for the appropriate types of deliverables and skill sets across various workstreams.

• Address client-facing issues and offer expertise in relevant subject matter.

• Work in conjunction with Project Managers to secure necessary project resources while minimizing disruptions to ongoing commitments.

• Collaborate with department leads on resource allocation, budgeting, timelines, and the resolution of project-related issues.

• Ensure that assigned team members are aware of daily priorities and deliverables.

• Coordinate daily activities with team members in the UK and US to ensure seamless transitions of work.

• Foster a positive team culture and exemplify ownership and leadership throughout the delivery process.

• Manage the resourcing, financial, and contractual aspects of projects from inception to delivery.

• Engage US-based freelancers and contractors and coordinate shoots as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Creative and Digital agency setting.

• Proven confidence in leading Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum frameworks/tools.

• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and precise tracking abilities.

• Skillful in forecasting and contributing to business-level goals and objectives.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Hive, Jira, and Monday.

• A collaborative mindset towards issue resolution and teamwork.

• Proficient in thorough documentation and tracking processes.
