Project Coordinator – Meta Ads Experience, Recruitment Campaigns

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop campaigns using Meta Ads Manager

• Input and modify ads for Meta/Facebook/Instagram in Meta Business Manager

• Set up clients in BVS and establish the necessary connections for applicant referrals

• Oversee recruitment campaigns following the established system

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager

• Create campaigns in Canva to provide holiday coverage

• Compose appropriate copy for new campaigns

• Transform templates into engaging ads and visuals

• Adhere to defined processes systematically, handling each campaign step by step

• Provide regular updates on progress during internal online meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated practical and comprehensive experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Meta Ads Manager

• Experience in creating, editing, and reviewing ads for Meta/Facebook/Instagram

• Methodical, accurate, and dependable work ethic

• Enjoyment of organized tasks based on templates and established procedures

• Willingness to embrace new ideas, software, and tools

• Independent thinker with a neat, structured, and pragmatic work style

• Capability to prioritize tasks that arise on short notice

• Strong self-management skills without rigid working hours

• Excellent computer proficiency (Windows or Mac, MS Office)

• Consistently communicate progress in internal online meetings

• Willingness to work from a home office as a non-digital nomad

• Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or project management is not mandatory

• No specific degree or certification is required
