Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer implementations from the point of sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.

• Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reports across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the implementation process.

• Coordinate efforts with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams.

• Handle around 10 customer projects at once, with project values ranging from approximately $50K to $10M.

• Organize cross-functional resources such as Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and customer stakeholders.

• Project revenue forecasting and maintenance of accurate reporting is essential.

• Contribute to the achievement of assigned annual revenue goals through timely execution and documentation of projects.

• Recognize project risks, delays, and obstacles related to construction, IT readiness, installation activities, or customer dependencies.

• Facilitate resolution plans.

• Assist in the implementation of Baxter Connected Care solutions, including nurse call systems and digital health technologies.

• Ensure a successful customer experience and adoption throughout the project lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of project management experience leading complex projects from initiation to completion.

• Experience in managing external customer projects, with accountability for timelines, deliverables, project documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, clinical, or engineering resources.

• Proficient in using project management tools and systems for tracking milestones, budgets, project status, and customer deliverables.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on customer project milestones.
