Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage software development projects from inception to completion.

• Ensure that project scope, timelines, budget, quality, and delivery objectives are aligned.

• Facilitate Agile delivery methodologies and related ceremonies.

• Establish clear sprint goals, priorities, dependencies, and expectations.

• Track the progress of projects and sprints.

• Actively manage risks, obstacles, impediments, and critical issues.

• Monitor delivery metrics and promote ongoing enhancements in team processes, delivery flow, and project results.

• Assist with forecasting, resource allocation, and release planning based on team capacity and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and provide transparent project updates.

• Recognize opportunities to foster account growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.

• Proven success in delivering medium to large-scale IT projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Knowledge of standard project management practices within the industry.

• Understanding of managing scope, schedules, costs, quality, resources, communications, risks, and stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in project planning, tracking, reporting, performance measurement, and project financial management, including P&L principles.

• Ability to identify, evaluate, mitigate, escalate, and resolve project risks and critical issues.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, organizational planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous settings.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or greater proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

• Relevant certifications such as Scrum Master, Agile, PMP, or other project management credentials (preferred).

• Experience in HR Technology, background screening, compliance, healthcare, or similar regulated sectors (preferred).

• Background working with international clients and distributed teams (preferred).

• Knowledge of forecasting, capacity planning, release planning, and delivery metrics (preferred).

• Understanding of business development, commercial discussions, and opportunities for client account growth (preferred).
