This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Lead daily operations, coordination, and management for the Albizu AI Teaching, Learning, and Support Initiative (AITLS), a five-year Title III Strengthening Institutions Program project supported by the U.S. Department of Education.
β’ Oversee the execution of project goals, objectives, activities, timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics across both academic and administrative units.
β’ Act as the main operational point of contact between project leadership, faculty, support centers, consultants, instructional designers, shared services, campus offices, and other stakeholders.
β’ Ensure implementation aligns with the approved grant proposal, objectives, timeline, budget, and U.S. Department of Education guidelines.
β’ Convert the grant proposal into annual and semester-based implementation strategies, work plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
β’ Facilitate activities across Academic Programs, Institutional Management and Student Services, and Financial Stability.
β’ Keep the master project implementation calendar updated and track activities, milestones, deliverables, and performance targets.
β’ Oversee the redesign of the online BS in Psychology program, focusing on curriculum alignment, AI literacy integration, Quality Matters activities, faculty development, and instructional design.
β’ Manage the operations of the Distance Education Success Center, AI-powered student navigation chatbot, and Virtual Navigator model.
β’ Contribute to the Graduation Initiative and efforts aimed at enhancing student retention, persistence, financial clearance, and degree completion.
β’ Organize implementation meetings; create agendas, document decisions, maintain action-item logs, and follow up with responsible parties.
β’ Track progress, identify delays, barriers, risks, and deviations, and ensure the maintenance of performance data and project dashboards.
β’ Coordinate monthly, semiannual, annual, evaluation, and other mandated project reports.
β’ Collaborate with Grant Administration to ensure that expenditures and administrative functions align with the approved grant budget and scope.
β’ Manage consultants, subject-matter experts, instructional designers, trainers, and other project collaborators.
β’ Maintain detailed project documentation that demonstrates implementation fidelity and the completion of grant-funded activities.
β’ Assist with communication efforts directed at senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders.
β’ Support the institutionalization and sustainability of successful practices funded by the grant.
β’ A Master's degree from an accredited institution in higher education administration, education, business administration, project management, public administration, organizational leadership, or a related field.
β’ Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience managing complex projects, preferably within higher education.
β’ Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
β’ Proficiency in project management, reporting, data management, and productivity tools.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with experience managing federally funded initiatives or significant institutional projects.
β’ Strong preference for candidates with experience using Canvas.
